Managing Director
John Selorm Atigodey is currently the Managing Director for Dataking Consulting. He holds a BSc Management Studies Education degree with First Class Honours. He has experience in training and capacity building within the education sector. John has strong project management skills and supports the team at Dataking Research Lab in successfully executing projects. He is also a technology enthusiast and interested in research on sustainable development goals (SDGs). He provides strategy leadership to the work of the organisation.

Anglo-Franco Partnership Lead
Charlie is an Economic and Finance Consultant with Dataking Research Lab. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the Management and Economic Sciences Faculty of Benin National University (UAC). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance option) from the University of Ghana Business School. She is bilingual (French and English) and her research interests are in economics, finance and accounting issues in Africa. Her most recent article is on climate finance and the African Continental Free Trade Area.
Stephen Asare Abankwah

Economic Research Lead
Stephen is an Economic Consultant with Dataking Consulting. He has a broad research acumen in economic development policy and consultancy. He is the Team Lead for the Extractives and Energy Department of The Vaultz Magazine, Africa's premier Business Magazine. He has research interest in areas of climate change, renewable energy, petroleum and mining, including other research areas. He has worked on top-notch research works and analysis, including the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and its impact on African economies. Stephen holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana.
Divine Mensah Duho
Finance Manager
Divine is the Finance Manager for the firm. He has worked as a finance and economic analyst on some private research projects in the banking sector of Ghana and the extractives sector of Africa. He was a data analyst for a Plan International consultancy project and works with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the risk advisory unit. His interests are in transdisciplinary research in accounting, finance, and economics. He aims to explore the role of technology in the financial market and runs a media project, DeLite TV during his spare time. His article has appeared in the Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, and Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society. He has completed a BSc in Administration (accounting) and is a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Rhoda Ladjer Akuaku
Education Policy Consultant & Program Manager
Rhoda Ladjer Akuaku is currently an education policy and sustainability consultant and an alumnus of the Aspire Institute, a programme founded at Harvard University. Rhoda recently co-founded a registered social impact non-profit, Southern Handprint (https://southernhandprint.org/) which aims to address unsustainable practices along value chains that negatively affect children, adolescents and youth across the Global South.
She is an education policy enthusiast and the program manager at the Dataking Research Lab of Dataking Consulting. Her interest is in the impact of education on critical international development issues like climate change, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), sustainable development and youth development among others. Rhoda has worked with educational institutions as an educator and also provides editorial support for businesses. Rhoda has been involved in a number of non-profit start-ups in Africa.
She is the founding Secretary of the AuthorAID Ghana Hub and the Business and Economic Policy House (https://bephglobal.org/). She has been a volunteer screener with the American Red Cross for its USA national headquarters and has taught at the University of Chicago Lab Schools.
Rhoda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Ghana. She also holds a certificate in leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Rhoda is currently a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy at Northwestern University in the USA.
Dr Emmanuel Mensaklo
Head of Research, Strategic Director & Senior Fellow
Dr Mensaklo is an economist and the strategic director of Dataking Consulting. He is also a faculty member at the Department of Economics Education, University of Education, Winneba, and a former faculty member at the Evangelical Presbyterian University College, Ho.
He holds a PhD in Economics from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He also holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Ghana while he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has published in journals such as Economies, and TEM Journal, among others. His areas of specialization include econometrics, energy economics, financial economics, health economics, and environmental economics.
Bless Akotey
Climate Science & Physics Lead
Bless is the Program Manager with Dataking Consulting. She holds a BSc in Physics and has worked within the financial services industry. She has gained experience working as a student leader and volunteering with non-government organizations. Bless has worked as a sales executive, and has interned with the Energy Department of Tex Styles Ghana Limited (GTP, Ghana). She was a technology intern with Bright Network a UK-based institution. Her interests are in transdisciplinary research in fields related to the physical sciences. She also aims to implement her technological skills to solve problems in the physical sciences.
Seth Kameta Omamohwo
Machine Learning and AI Lead
Seth Kameta Omamohwo is a Machine Learning and AI Lead with the Dataking Research Lab based in Cardiff, UK. He holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science with distinction from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria. As a Student Coach at Cardiff Metropolitan University, he enhances learning in programming, data analysis, and machine learning. Previously, at Aceplora Tech, he developed a data science curriculum and conducted malaria impact analysis using Python and Power BI. Seth's projects include ResGenRegNet, a CNN model for early lung cancer detection, and a social media app for Delta State, Nigeria. He has presented his work at FICTA 2023 and submitted it for publication at the International Conference on Pattern Recognition. Seth's technical skills include Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Django, MongoDB, Power BI, and Tableau, reflecting his diverse machine learning and AI expertise.
King Carl Tornam Duho, ACMA CGMA CA

King Carl Tornam Duho has 10+ years of experience leading research projects for international development organisations, think tanks and private organisations. He is currently a Youth Fellow with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and a research professional in the United States. An ex-UN intern, he has consulted for UNICEF, UNDP, GIZ, the Royal Netherlands Embassy, African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Development Reimagined, Plan International and INASP, among others. He volunteered for the UN SDSN Youth and Global Citizen Year Academy. King has written extensively on the financial services sector, the cocoa sector, the extractives industry, the stock market, climate change and other wider economic issues. He has presented research at more than 30 academic and public policy conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. King has authored more than 40 research works and his research appeared in more than 20 peer-reviewed journals ranked by CABS/ABDC including the Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society, Cogent Economics and Finance, Journal of Financial Crime, International Journal of Managerial Finance, and Journal of Economic Studies, among others. King holds a BSc. Administration (Accounting) First Class Honours and Master of Philosophy in Accounting (and Finance).
Philip Elikplim Agomor

Sustainable Finance Lead
Philip is a consultant with the Dataking Research Lab and was formerly the research manager with the Mentorship support team. He has worked as a research assistant at the University of Ghana Business School and within the financial services sector. He is also part of the SAP® Young Professionals Programme. He is currently exploring issues in the banking sector, microfinance sector, the stock markets, and the financial system of the pro-poor. His recent article has been published in the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital. He holds BSc in Administration (accounting option) and is part-qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He is currently completing a Master of Philosophy in Finance degree at the University of Ghana Business School.
Vincent Seny Duho
Partnerships and Business Development Manager
Vincent is the Partnerships and Business Development Manager with the Mentorship support team. He holds a BA in Economics and Religion. His interests are in transdisciplinary research in public finance, financial and monetary economics, econometrics, as well as, environmental and natural resource economics, climate change, and sustainable development. He has worked within the public sector space on public finance and supported consultancy projects. He worked as the University of Ghana chapter coordinator for the Green African Youth Organization Eco-club, resolving issues in the circular economy, renewable energy, and disaster risk reduction, as well as, empowering the youth towards climate adaptation.
