Mr Robert Jiagge is the Chairman of the Advisory Board, a Chartered Scientist with more than two decades of experience in the geo-environmental sector. He is also the Regional Manager for Southern Testing (ST Consult) in the United Kingdom.

Professor Kingsley Senyo Agomor is the Vice Chairman for Dataking Consulting. He is a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the Department of Governance and Leadership at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He has worked in public service for many years with National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), and has consulted for local and international institutions. He has since 2006 been working with the GIMPA School of Public Service and Governance where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Research Methodology, Gender, Public Administration, Public Policy Analysis, and Governance. He is a research team member of the International Growth Centre which is an economic research centre based at the London School of Economics, operated in partnership with University of Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government. Dr Agomor holds a PhD degree in Political Science, a Master of Philosophy in Political Science, and BA (Hon) in Political Science & Economics from the University of Ghana. His research and consulting areas include Public Management, Research Methods, Policy Analysis, Governance and Leadership, Gender and Development and Humanities.

Mr Foster Kofi Duho is a Technical Advisor for Dataking Consulting. He has over 35 years of work experience in accounting and tax administration with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). He is currently an executive of Gamey & Gamey Academy Of Mediation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting option) from the University of Ghana and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Professor Anna-Riikka Kauppinen is a sociocultural anthropologist whose work explores the social networks, expertise, and capital flows in West Africa’s private sector. She received her PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2018. Anna-Riikka worked as a Research Associate of the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge, in the Max Planck Cambridge Centre for Ethics, Economy and Social Change (2018–2021). She is now an Assistant Professor with the Geneva Graduate Institute and the Pictet Chair in Finance and Development.

Dr (Mrs.) Regina Mensah Onumah is a Technical Advisor for Dataking Consulting. She is a Lecturer at the Department of Finance and Accounting, GIMPA Business School, Achimota-Accra, Ghana. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Her work experience spans more than a decade in both industry and academia. She is a board member of GAP Microfinance. As a researcher, her interests span accounting education, microfinance, corporate governance and other practical issues.

Caleb Jérémie Dohou is a Senior Fellow for Dataking Research Lab of Dataking Consulting. He has 10+ years in research and policy analysis. Caleb has worked on World Bank Group Projects as a field expert in Congo. He has also held research positions with the African School of Economics in Benin, the Institute for Economic Research in Political Economy in Benin, and Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana, among others. He has led various field data collections and consulted for various organisations as a research expert. Caleb has expertise in survey design, impact evaluation, applied econometrics, machine learning, causal inference and market design. Some of his recent publications appeared in leading international journals like BMJ Global Health, and Tropical Medicine & International Health.

Dr Mensaklo is an economist and the strategic director of Dataking Consulting. He is also a faculty member at the Department of Economics Education, University of Education, Winneba, and a former faculty member at the Evangelical Presbyterian University College, Ho.
He holds a PhD in Economics from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He also holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Ghana while he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has published in journals such as Economies, and TEM Journal, among others. His areas of specialization include econometrics, energy economics, financial economics, health economics, and environmental economics.

Dr Hubert Nii-Aponsah is an Economist and Governance specialist with extensive operational and analytical experience in public sector development. His experiences cover leading research projects, and creating global datasets and indexes, notably the GovTech Maturity Index, which measures progress in public sector digital transformation in 198 economies. He also has significant operational experience in initiating and managing World Bank Public Financial Management (PFM) projects, as well as academic experience teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level quantitative courses, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Data Science and Econometrics.
Prior to working with the World Bank, he was the Resident Economist and Deputy Head of the Center for Economic Governance and Political Affairs at Imani Center for Policy and Education where his work on the Imanifesto research project received extensive local media coverage, an international award from the Atlas Foundation, and recognition as one of the best policy reports by the 2016 Global Go To Think Tank Index published by the University of Pennsylvania. Hubert holds a masters degree in Economics from Central Michigan University and holds a PhD in the Economics and Governance of Technological Change from Maastricht University (UNU-MERIT). His core research interests encompass the drivers, effects and linkages between modern automation technologies (such as AI), labour market outcomes, GovTech, and trade.
Hubert's research investigates the effects of the adoption of new automation technologies on the future world of work with regards to labour productivity growth, wages, and employment in advanced and developing countries, His research also links advanced and developing regions through automation-induced reshoring and considers automation disruption in the Gender, Age and Skills dimensions of the labour markets of both regions.

Erzuah is a Senior Fellow with Dataking Consulting. He has extensive experience in development research work, policy consultancy, and advocacy. He was Ghana’s delegate at the 60th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, New York. He has delivered research and consultancy projects for organizations that include Plan International Ghana and IMANI Africa. Before entering into full-time consulting, Erzuah worked with the Ministry of Gender of Children and Social Protection as well as the Human Rights Advocacy Centre in promoting social policy development and providing programmatic oversight for research and development portfolio. He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MPhil in Public Administration. He is currently with Florida International University, USA.

Dr Frank Boateng is a Senior Fellow for Dataking Consulting. He has multiple chartered qualifications and is currently a Senior Lecturer and Vice Dean at the University of Mines & Technology (Ghana). He has more than 20 years of experience in the Extractive Industry with experiences in Ghana and Mauritania. He is an advisor and board member for companies in Ghana and the USA. He holds a PhD in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Walden University (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA). He also holds an M.Phil, MBA, and BSc degrees. He participated in several professional training programs and conferences in the UK, USA, Australia, France, UAE, Kenya, Mauritania, SA, Tanzania, and Ghana, among others.

Dr Asare is a Senior Fellow with Dataking Consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has taught for more than 8 years in various portfolios at the University of Ghana Business School, Methodist University College, and Lancaster University Ghana. He has published more than 10 peer-reviewed articles and has presented at many international conferences. Dr Asare is one of the few experts that have explored intellectual capital performance in Ghana and Africa. His research interest spans accounting, finance, taxation, sustainability, auditing, and corporate governance. He has published in Management Decision, Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, and Asian Journal of Accounting Research, among others

Brice is a Senior Fellow with Dataking Consulting. He is a bilingual (French and English) economist with strong quantitative modelling and econometrics acumen. He has consulted for international organizations and has taught programming skills to professionals and students at the graduate level in Cameroon, Benin, the USA, and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as, a Master’s in Mathematics from Cameroon. He also has a Master’s in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Benin. Brice holds a Master’s in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University in the United States of America. He is currently a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. His areas of expertise include Applied Micro-econometrics, Applied Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Advanced Time Series Analysis, Impact Evaluation, and Development Economics, as well as, their application to different disciplines

Dr Joseph Ato Forson is a Senior Fellow for Dataking Consulting. He is a Lecturer at the School of Business of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), where he is affiliated with the Department of Applied Finance and Policy Management. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF) and a certified fellow of the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP). His research interest is in Development Finance, Development Policy, Sustainable Livelihoods, Corporate Governance, Economics of Corruption, and Applied Macroeconomics.

His research interests include; governance, organizational analysis and management, smart cities and society, development policy, and political economy.

Prosper Tornyi is a pragmatic problem solver and an Inaugural 2022 U.S. Department of State Community Engagement Exchange Fellow. He had his U.S. practicum with Youth Technology Corps in Chicago, as a Fellow. Currently, Prosper is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) in the Cyber Policy track at the University of Cincinnati,Ohio- United States. He brings on board, strong leadership skills, project management skills, stakeholder engagement and management experience, research and analytical expertise.
He was recognized by IBRIE Foundation, a non-profit based in London, as a 2021 UK IBRIE social impact finalist. Furthermore, he served as the Young Global Advisory Board Member of Share Africa as the Country representative of Ghana on the implementation of the Dream Machine and Hackathon competition ahead of the final plenary that was held in France in July 2021.
An award-winning 100 Faces of Impact Fellow, Impact Squared, UK - now Dalberg Media, a trained Electrical Engineer with interest in Sustainable Renewable Energy and Energy Policy, an SDG Advocate.
He previously worked in operations with a startup organization as the Community Manager providing business supports, opportunities to startup founders, entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem for growth and remain sustainable. Prosper worked remotely with 10 Academy, Berlin, as the Community Manager for the data science program designed to prepare learners for the job market from across; Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya and Ethiopia.
He has led and implemented sustainability strategies on skill's development for YOTA - Youth Opportunity and Transformation in Africa Skills Hub in Ghana as the Curator (Hub Manager).
He is passionate about project and sustainability, digital transformation, leadership, quality education, skills development, S.T.E.M. In the long term, he seeks to promote transformative leadership with youth at it core, he co-founded Proswrites Foundation to re-position mindsets and to raise a generation of doers and change - makers in communities towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goal.
Through Partnership with ; BrainStore -Switzerland, R.E.A.C.H, Thread by Dreads Foundation, Tennessee, and working with Akwasi Frimpong, Dutch-Ghanaian sprinter, bobsledder, and 2018 Olympian on the Empowerment Convocation, Proswrites Foundation has inspired, supported and equipped students and youths in communities to discover themselves better and provide mentorship to hone their skills and talents.
He hopes to see Africa unite to create an enviable continent with lasting solutions to Africa's problems. Prosper is the Outgoing Curator of the Global Shapers Community - Accra Hub and has consulted for a sustainable fashion organization (Maakola) as the product traceability lead.
